Welcome To the Cottage,

Our 3 bedroom, 2 level, cottage is on beautiful Maple Lake 20 minutes west of Parry Sound, near the town of Orrville. The fully furnished cottage comes equipped with gas stove, fridge, t.v. and d.v.d., separate living and dining areas, 5 piece bathroom, canoe and paddle boat. It is perched on a hillside with a panoramic view of Maple Lake. A short walk down the hill is a huge deck and dock leading into deep water for excellent swimming and fishing. To the front and back of the cottage are large decks for lounging.

This cottage has been in our family for 22 years. It is available for rent for the first time for entire summer of 2009.

This cottage is close to A.T.V. and snowmobile trails (Seguin Trail), the 30,000 Islands, beautiful Parry Sound, Port Carling and Rosseau. It is only a 2 minute drive to Orrville with a beer and liquor store and gas station.
